CT Bail Bond Fund, a nonprofit startup founded by Brett Davidson (YC ’16), Simone Seiver (YC ’17), Patrick Sullivan (YC ’18), and Scott Greenberg (YSM), was featured yesterday on the July 27th episode of NPR’s Marketplace.  The Fund, which is currently accelerating through the Yale Entrepreneurial Institute’s Summer Fellowship program, plans to provide sustainable fund for posting bail for low-income defendants, hoping to post its first bail in September.  It is the first bail fund of its kind in all of Connecticut.

You can hear the Yale team, as well as stories on Silicon Valley Banks and a documentary film titled “Life, Animated,” on the July 27th episode of Marketplace.
